The food was good but the service was the worst I've ever had we had a party of 4 plus a 2 year old we were told it would be 20 minutes after 40 minutes we were not called i went inside and they said give them 10 minutes well we got seated 20 minutes later. A bus boy gave us water after waiting 20 minutes for a server I went and ask a bus boy if he would get a server for us we saw 3 servers look at our table but no one came by 15 minutes later a sever came by and took our order 30 minutes later we got our food No plates and only 3 forks the list goes on but the killer of this whole thing was the bill they added a 35.00 tip to the bill. The problem is this place had large parties of 10 or more and the manager was not to be found until we got the security person to get her which was a was of time. Her response was well I can't put that in print. People find another place to eat the service is not acceptable in anyway. I will never eat there again or recommend this place to anyone.

Tried getting a table on Wednesday at 9, but they said they had a waiting list since 7. So we returned Thursday earlier and got a table after 20 minutes. Expect a waiting time. Food was great but the portion was off. We noticed some items missing but the waitress was kind to supply when we asked.
I visited Cajun boil over the weekend, I ordered two seafood bags and A Order of fried rice with shrimp only. When I got home I realized that my fried rice had pork in it after I asked for shrimp only my receipt states that, I let it go. Then as I’m eating my seafood I see macaroni shells in my bag. I’m not sure how macaroni got in my broil bag but after that I couldn’t eat it anymore. I called for 2 days no answer. I finally spoke to someone she was rude about the whole situation. Telling me I signed for the food. In which I did sign that I received the food but I did not open the food to check if someone mistakenly dropped old macaroni noodles in it. I explained the situation to her and she pretty much told me that’s how the food comes. After going back and forth with her over the food she asked me to send her a photo in which I did, I never got a response back. So 75 went down the drain. Overall customer service was horrible.
I really wanted to like this place but we couldn’t even get our food. Came in to place a take out order, paid, and was told it would be 35 min. 35 min later, we were told another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, we were told the boil was done and it would be another 10 minutes for the fried gator. 15 minutes later we were told the boil was almost done and just another 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, still no food. We were really looking forward to the food so I’m extremely disappointed. The worst part about it, the manager didn’t even ask why we wanted a refund, she just gave it to us. The only good thing is that everyone seemed nice, but none of that matters if you can’t get your food. To add insult to the whole thing, we got a text 15 minutes after we got our refund saying our food was ready! Too bad. Seems like this would have been my kind of place.
It wasn't a great experience for me and my sister. We was waiting to be seated for 45 minutes while we sat in my van we saw other people go in and be seated before us. Then my sister called and told them we never got a text from them about being seated. When we finally got a table we waited another 25-30 minutes for someone to come take our order, we ordered an Appetiser and meal each. The appetizers didn't come out for almost 25 minutes right before our meal. I suggestions to the waiter we don't want the appetizers if it comes out with my order. My food was warm and not hot and we had to send it back to get something hot. I'm very unhappy about my experience, especially since I don't live in Chicago anymore and I was really looking forward to enjoying some great crab legs. I ended up taking most of my food back to the hotel. I don't think they had enough waiters for the crowd that night!! My food should've been extremely hot to be waiting so long for my food.
