Before I bought some cake slices I did ask the shop assistant whether they were fresh cream cake slices. She confirmed it was - it certainly wasn't when we tasted it at home. Worst type of cream substitute that I've tasted - seemed to be diluted with water to make it even more tasteless. The cake had some sort of substitute jam in there which made it difficult to eat. Even our youngest child who has a 'sweet tooth' - spat the cake back out.

The cakes here are absolutely amazing! Have been their customer for a number of years now, we order all our birthday cakes from here and this place has never failed us. Always freshly made and very friendly staff. Thank you for serving us over the years. Highly recommended.
Disgusting Customer Service, No sense how to understand or talk whatsoever, politeness is no where to b found in the shop... cake was messed up too.. Disappointment big time.. Please have a competent staff is important for any business which this shop is missing..
The staff is always polite and cake is fresh.
