The services was great!, but the charges that came in one after another one, that didn't belong to me, where horrible how I had to call over and over the customer services line to wait for hours at a time to get a person on the phone and then after 3 months of complaining they had over charged me 300 euros on my bank account, finally was able to get my money back. Would not recommend as they have a horrible over the phone customer services.

LA CRISTINA ha estat la solució a cuasi tots els problemes que he ti gut. Tot i tramitar tot online ella ha agafat el toro hi ha resolt tot el que on line no han realitzar. La seva amabilitat i nivell d'implicació fan que confiï plename t amb ella per a solucionar cuamsevol cosa. És oacien i amable. Estic molt contenta d'haver-la conegut i poder comptar amb algú amb cara i ulls per a realitzar cuamsevol cosa amb movistar. Només tinc paraules d'agraïment a la Cristina.
