We visited commercial centre when I developed a problem with my spectacles, which had not been supplied by ATOL. I called into theses premises and they offered to inspect or to look them over. They returned shortly after with the problem solved. Glasses were excellent and they declined to take any payment... very impressed and marvellous customer care. Bill Cotton

Je suis un client de longue date... mais les choses changent.... vous faites 30 Km pour ne pas changer d'opticien et vous avez pris soin de prendre RDV, mais n'arrivé pas avant (15 mn avant), sinon on ne s'occupe pas de vous, pas que les vendeurs soient occupés avec des clients non (çà j'aurai compris).... mais on discute (on se querelle pour des histoires d'heures etc etc).. bref 20 mn à patienter, et finalement je suis partis.....ensuite , on vous téléphone après votre départ en faisant comprendre que l’heure c'est l'heure....... En définitive, changement de crèmerie.
