While the store is overly okay for the area the service quality and signal quality of US Cellular in the over all area is not good. There are large amounts of dead zones or weak signal in the area. This has been a long-term issue and with the loss of the Canadian towers CDMA technology they were piggy backing off of the service is worse. As for PCT communications as a separate entity from US Cellular I would say they do a good job a would be 4 of 5 stars

Downloaded messenger on my sister's new phone got see all messages from previous owner.too me that's invasive to old owner she got phone to.tryday and last message from old number owner 7 days agoweneed clear this up so she can have her own messaging

If I could give zero star's I would! When I walked into the store it was very quiet. There were only 3 other customer's in there. 2 of which were together, being tended to by 1 girl and the other was being tended to by the other girl working. I've needed a phone case for awhile. I looked around for one that would fit my phone. I found one, but needed help getting it unlocked from the shelf. I stood by the counter for 5-10 min's with nothing at all said to me.. I decided to play around with a couple phone's that were out on display to kill some time. After I checked out the phone's I went over by the counter and stood there for another 5-10 min's. After being in the store for 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour, without getting so much as a HELLO from either of the girl's working there. I decided I would just go home & get a case online, like I was going to in the first place (which is ALOT cheaper, too) but... I wanted to give our local store the buisness, but getting service like that (NONE) and being completely ignored. I'll go elsewhere & I won't be wasting my time AGAIN!!
