Place was good and neat with 1 adult and 1 kiddie pool. Water is warm at first but turned cold later on as cold wind blows. Place was really windy at this time. We had 4 aircon rooms. Each one has a queen size bed and extra mattress. All rooms have individual T&B. There is a separate shower downstairs for use by those that will use the swimming pool. It has a large dining area that can accommodate 15 people. They have billiard, dart and Foosball. And of course Karaoke.

The pool's \meh\. I appreciate the 8-ball table though. The rooms are just okay and the rest of the place is alright.

Horrible experience. The entrance of the subdivision right after the railroad is flooded with private resorts' pool water. Once the previous rentee left the resort, the pool water gets drained outside so the next rentee gets new pool water. Problem is, all vehicles are getting a hard time passing through some resorts inside the subdivison. Not only that, some streets have rough roads as well. I will not recommend the place to my family and friends. The city officials of Los Baños should do something so prospective clients could enjoy their stay here.

The place can occupy 50 persons ,large enough for family bonding, Last time we enjoyed our stay here besides that ,Solemar Del Pansol resort was clean enough and sanitized for our safety , Teo thumbs up and we will visit again
