Nice place. Located inside Robinson mall. Their services are great and they are very friendly as well.

The service crew in this branch lacks training. When a customer walks in and sits at a table, they should immediately hand the menu. A customer goes inside a restaurant because he/she is hungry and wants to eat. It's basic. It's a far cry from the Gerry's Grill branches that I had have patronized before. I had to call the attention of the crew several times from my table for the menu. With no response, I stood up and approached the nearest waiter and said: "Pre, yung menu nga." The waiter just gave me a blank stare wondering what a 'menu' was until his supervisor called the attention of the girls at the doorway. And there was the elusive menu! Yep. Most of the crew in this branch were at the doorway doing something close to nothing (gossiping, courting one another, people watching) with no rudimentary concept of what customer service is. I could have given this Gerry's Grill branch a one star review but somehow the place and food gave redemption.

I don't usually go here to eat since their menu is a bit pricey. However, once you really decide to dine here, you must try their tinumok (ground pork wrapped in gabi leaves and cooked in coconut milk) - it's great. With the price aside, the food is great!

April 15, 2017 sorry but the presentation and taste of our order fail to impress us. For the value we pay we are just eating in a ordinary resto. The nilagang hipon is just terrible. We only taste 10% of the shrimp. We never finish the dish.

The food is good but not THAT good. I don't get what the hype is all about. I've tried better restaurants than this. I loved their Special Gerry's fried chicken though.
