Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for our family of 4. Loved the rural / farm feeling of the place, complete with donkeys, geese, chickens, dogs & cats. House is well appointed, beds comfortable. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but definitely workable. House has good privacy and access. Well positioned near farm stalls, a boutique brewery and a supermarket. Also, positioned half way between Modena and Bologna, which gives you lots of options for day trips. We are very pleased we chose to stay here :)

Appartamento comodissimo per 4 persone. Ben arredato, stanze ampie e pulizia impeccabile. Per chi soggiorna in estate c'è anche spazio all'aperto, con tavolo, sedie e lettini per il sole.
Accogliente nel senso più profondo del termine. Mi sono sentito a casa come non capita quasi mai quando alloggio in giro per l'Italia. Davvero complimenti

Sehr zu empfehlen!! Wir waren zu 5 und hatten eine Übernachtung, wir wären aber durchaus auch länger dort geblieben, wenn wir nicht weiter gesollt hätten. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und sie war mega sauber, die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Grundstück (eingezäunt) waren auch Gänse, Hühner und Esel. Was für Kinder sehr interessant ist. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.
