The Service Plus team is amazing! Being new to the area, we were treated poorly by multiple dealerships and decided to give Service Plus a chance. They are honestly people that provide a professional service at a reasonable price. They communicate any issues and allow you to come look at what’s wrong before continuing. They truly are a rare find, trust them!

Everyone I interacted with at this shop was in my eyes amazing. They were very friendly, informative, heard what I had to say, answered questions very knowledgeably and most importantly took care of my vehicle and fixed it. I had to use a service agreement for my vehicle issue and they were with me every step of the way with great communication as far as telling me what was going on and where they were in the process. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my vehicle maintenance needs as long as Im in the area. I'm terrible with remembering names but I give them all credit as a team, Definitely recommend!
Every time that I have visited for car maintenance or repair they have been able to meet the expected standards. Their front desk is always personable and knowledgeable. Their prices, I feel are fair because they stand behind their work and you won’t find that often.
Staff is professional and informative. I’ve come to them for all my auto needs while stationed at Fort Drum. They are willing to show you what’s wrong with your vehicle through pictures they take and sometimes they’ll check it out with you. They are transparent about their costs and their price is reasonable.
I highly recommend Service Plus Automotive. I had 2 of my cars to get the safety inspection done. I came here in the morning without an appointment, Service advisor Brandon took me in and got the work done quick and with fair price.
