Very bad quality of service. I have ordered a set of plates 4th of December. Till 20th of December product was not delivered without any justification or information. Total lack of communication from the side from the company. Do not buy online there!

I was hoping that the factory itself would have different pieces of pottery than the stores you see all over Portugal, but the shop itself just had the same exact pieces at the same exact prices. Meaning you're just as wise to save the trip and buy your pottery by the same manufacturer in Shops around Lisbon or Porto.

I went here thinking it was cheaper and better than the typical ceramic places around the city, but I was wrong. They do have an outlet section with simplistic products which are more on the cheap side, but on the whole, their products are quite expensive. You can find the same products within the city at cheaper prices. They do have the newest editions and all, but not really worth the visit.

Bom dia hoje levei a loja um clientes Franceses que fizeram uma compra como eram vários pratos pedimos se era possível por tudo numa caixa pois vão viajar de carro a senhora respondeu que não tinha nenhum cartão com muito má cara que não logo de seguida vimos que havia vários muito mau o atendimento para uma loja com tanto prestígio deveria ter pessoal à altuta

Péssimo atendimento, a meio do mesmo a funcionária afirma que vai sair porque o seu horário de trabalho terminou e deixou a finalização da compra para a colega; que se encontrava a atender outros clientes. Super dececionante, também devido à falta de variedade exposta; não fazendo jus ao nome da marca.
