I have used this company for over a year now for my Domestic Heating Oil and am extremely happy with their service. They are very friendly on the phone when ordering, consistently deliver within the same week (my last order was delivered 2 days after ordering) and I find the prices to be competitive. Moreover, the delivery drivers are always happy to navigate the rather complicated route to our tank (over an 8ft wall, through a hedge and across the garden). Overall, I am very happy with this company and will be using them in the future.

Ordered Oil for delivery within 10 working days. It is now working day 13 - no oil 3 phone calls eventually got promise for delivery yesterday! email Complaint to 'Fuel Tool' the 'Middle Man' has had no response. If a fuel price is 'too good to believe ' - it isn't true!!
