Tuttle's is a great small engine shop. I'm a small business who needs their machines all the time. Brought my Toro zero turn in with a couple issues and I had the machine diagnosed, repaired and returned the following day. I will continue to bring my equipment there in the future. This guy is a rip off artist. He charged me for parts he never replaced and charged me deep. 200 and all he did was solder a wire and very poorly as well. Watch your wallets with this clown shoes.
Took 15 days to repair. Offered me to give a estimate before starting to work. That never did that. I end up paying 350 for a 200 machine. What about the estimate you offered me on phone that you will give me before repairing the machines.? All you could manage was ' I apologise' when I asked about not giving estimate before starting to work on my machines. I bought snowblower myself in 2009. Price tag was still on because I didn't use it more that 4-5 times since then.
Brought my father in laws Toro self propelled lawnmower a couple years ago for a tune up and it ran great .I just got back my Toro self propelled lawnmower took about 2 weeks but it is the busy season now I expected that .My Toro runs like new.He put a new blade new plug ,filter ,oil change ,cleaned the carb ,and also found me a rear bag which the mice tore mine up .Rob did a great job and now has my pressure washer see if he can get it going .Will be taking my snow blower to him next .Rob is the man .Great job Rob
Got my John deer serviced here. It was far less expensive than I had thought it would be and much faster to. Rob was a great guy to deal with and he was honest when diagnosing the problem/ parts that needed to be ordered. I will definatly go back and I reccomend him to anyone looking to get a small engine serviced.
