So I asked for a double toasted bagel..this is what I get,even though it wasn’t rush hour.Not sure they even toasted and the person taking the order acted like she understood the order.(probably was busy chatting or deaf when I placed the order). I don’t get it -do they genuinely work so hard to mess up the orders or hardly work to get them right. RUINED my day.

This seams to be an on going issue at this location, the sandwiches are terrible. I stopped buying anything that needed to be put together like a sandwich or a Panini at this location because they’re just awful. I decided to go back today and give it another shot I ordered a BLT, there was very little bacon on it to extremely small tomatoes that didn’t even cover the entire portion of the bread and so much mail I had to scrape it off. Please put a little more effort into making things edible. Plus side fresh baked is always fresh.
It seems I can only report if I experienced problems with a Tim's. Usually their service is quick if properly staffed. Usually their food is decent, though sloppy if again understaffed. This place wasn't understaffed, so it went as to be expected.
Terrible drive through service!! The staff is rude and takes soooo long to prepare orders. It gets frustrating and staff doesn’t even have any courtesy to apologize for the long wait or appreciate customers’ patience!! They have no idea what customer service means!! Hate this location!! Never going back there!
This is the 2nd time I ordered egg sandwich and I got it with crunchy egg shell in it which was disgusting. They need to pay more attention while making fresh eggs. And the person who's on the window for drive thru, need to make sure if the sandwich is hot or cold. I got it cold
Yesterday morning. I ordered coffee for myself but they gave me wrong order which make me sick because I am allergic person also received burnt begal instead of regular one. Please be careful and pay attention while you are preparing customers order.
