This was the second time I used Caledonia Removals when moving home. They offer a friendly, efficient, personal and professional service. From booking and making sure I had sufficient packing materials, to the removal day itself, I can not fault the service. On the day the team made sure I was happy with every aspect, and even moved furniture in my new home, letting me decide where things should be. Importantly these day, they ensured social distancing from me at all times and wore masks whilst inside the house(s). I highly recommend Caledonia Removals
Caledonia Removals assisted with our recent house move and we were very happy with the service provided. The move was arranged at fairly short notice and very efficiently following a virtual tour of the property. The team arrived promptly on moving day and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were exceptionally well organised and nothing was too much trouble. Any challenges (including ice and snow!) were dealt with calmly and overcome quickly. The team were very respectful of the property / items. Caledonia Removals carried out a professional and friendly service from start to finish. The initial survey was comprehensive and all questions were answered with ease, giving us complete confidence that everything would be taken care of on the day. The move date went as planned with all staff working together as a tight knit team led by the supervisor, who did an excellent job co-ordinating his staff. All staff were friendly, cheerful and polite and continued like that throughout the day. This was a fairly large move, with some very heavy items involved and Caledonia Removals took everything in their stride. Thank you to all involved.
