I called to ask her a question as a travel agent about a program. The girl not a lady became rude and assumed I wanted to be hired. She told me no we are not hiring and I didn't even ask her that. I'm a student and it's common sense to speak politely at least on a business phone. There are MANY other agencies that were helpful and friendly the way an agency should be.

Please keep your money and do your research before handing over any money or deposit. This lady is impossible to deal with. Worst experience of my life through her and her buisness. Extremely rude and unprofessional would be an understatement.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner has some serious issues with reality. She still owes us money. If you book your trip on her website you have to phone her to get her to book the actual ticket. We almost missed our flight. The vacation was messed up BAD! She used to have a retail location but will tell you some story about international spies or drug smugglers staking out her business - it is so ridiculous it does not make sense - so she now has a poster at the Crossroads Flea Market as her office. She will turn on you once she has your money. I wish I had never met this person.
The owner hazel is extremely rude, and ignorant. Stay away from this agency.
