My wife and I have been there a few times. We have tried to pawn a few items. The lady working here was rude and wasn't really interested in talking with us.
Called to ask a question and just got abruptly hung up on. Maybe work on those customer service skills.
This place is a dump. The little terrorist is a con man. I brought a 600 guitar effects pedal system from Line 6 HD 500. He tells me 150. Then showed him some jewelry that is straight from India which I had appraised at400 for the ring and 250 for the chain. He said without looking that it was fake. I would stay away from this place. I will now contact consumer affairs and fill them in. This place should be closed down. He's just a thief.
This is a really great pawn shop whether you're buying or selling, I usually just buy jewelry but this is by far the cheapest place and most beautiful selection out of any pawn shop in Calgary. If you're thinking of buying any kind of jewelry or need to pawn something definitely come here first Paul will always negotiate with you and make you happy!
