Outstanding service. How often do you encounter a business that really cares? Here’s what happened ... I went in because I had a chainsaw that was terrible to start. I assumed it needed a tune up. Turns out I was doing all the wrong things. The service guy - John M says “show me how you start it”. After demonstrating my (lack of) skill John proceeds to show me everything I should be doing and explains why. These guys are great. I found the company I was looking for. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks Arn’s!

Flawless customer service from Jim. I stopped by to purchase a basic model Stihl chainsaw for cutting firewood. I told Jim I’ve never used one so he set me up with everything needed from safety equipment to fuel and a spare chain. He broke the saw down and showed me everything about it. How to change the chain, maintenance and even a safer way to fire it up. We went outside and he fuelled and started it to make sure I was good to go for the next day. A very friendly and relaxed experience. The saw works great, highly recommend.
Staff member at the front was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I came in with my grandpa to buy a snowblower for him. And i ended up buying a chainsaw. Made sure i was informed on how to start the saw and tighten the chain. He was not a pressing salesman like most dealerships. Found it to be an very pleasant experience even amidst the pandemic.
