I met the owner today! Her name is Becky! A very personable owner that is committed to customer service and providing the customer several options that would work in their house environment! I was very impressed with her desire to satisfy my requirements!
Truly an experience that you don't typically get these days - the owner is personable and dedicated to her craft. If you want cookie cutter interior finishing's, you can go to the big box stores, if you want a classic bespoke product, call her.
It's the Worst Experience in my life. I would not recommend to have a business with the Company . She took 50% deposit on February 2017 and I was told that the Project will be completed in 6-8 weeks. Today is August 2017 and the Project is still not done 100%... A bad customer service, she is a person who withdraws from commitment, dishonest and provides a low end work…Very disappointed!
