I’ve bought bikes before, but nothing even compares to the experience I have experienced at Blackfoot. Let me start out with saying the sales experience is pretty much the same everywhere, everyone is trying to get a deal and dealerships are always trying to make as much as possible. They know when you are kicking tires and when you are ready to drop the cash. Well after about 5 months of kicking tires I called in to Tobias, and told him meet me. When I got in I through him a curve ball, the tiger I had been eying for a while I passed right by and went up to a BMW gs1250r and said “ write up this one”. Now I didn’t want to do the whole back and forth thing with price, and that isn’t Tobi’s game either. He put his best price forward. Now after the sale is where it is where Blackfoot shines! Simon the BMW specialist is a wealth of knowledge. He showed me things about my bike you can’t find in the manual. He even gave me his opinion on aftermarket crash gear, after market seats and tires. Even though he is my salesman, he has gone so much further. Upon fitting my crash bars this weekend one of my frame bolts got stripped, he went out of his way to order me a new one. Can’t say enough about the customer service these guys put forward. I won’t be shopping for another bike elsewhere ( unless it’s one they don’t carry). It’s not always about price, but the value you get out of a purchase. Thank you

I called Blackfoot Motorsports parts with a simple request, a battery for my Vespa readily available from Parts Canada. Th guy was nothing more than a roadblock completely unwilling to help telling me now that they carry Ducati that Piaggio has dropped them and they no longer have Vespa. I even had the part number. I then ordered it from a shop that sells snowmobiles, Yamaha and Honda and it was quick and easy. Makes Blackfoot look pretty lame and was a waste of my time.

I placed an order online from Newfoundland and the next day I received an email saying that one of the tires I wanted for my motorcycle would be unavailable for 3 months. I called the person who emailed me and I was passed online to the parts department who recommended another set of comparable tires. The company canceled my original original, competed the new order and refunded the difference to my card. A great experience speaking and dealing with them
