I have recently purchased a new Murano. The buying experience was second to none. Starting with my first point of contact, Vince greeted me on my first visit and immediately impressed me with his immeasurable knowledge of the product and over a few visits he assisted me with making my decision to buy a Nissan over a Lexus with confidence. Tiffany in finance made closing the deal a pleasurable one by focusing on showing me what products were available for options without the pressure that past purchases with other dealers had made unpleasant. I know the upgrades I purchased with the vehicle will add value to my investment without the buyers guilt past experiences brought. Picking up my new car I had Ernie, their delivery specialist, walk me through the functions of the vehicle from front to back. He took his time making sure I understood the necessary operations of the car. He explained the safety features of the car, the hands free audio and entertainment systems and helped with setting up many options of the car that would enhance my driving experience. I highly recommend making your next car purchase from Brasso Nissan.

Trusted with my car. Serviced my Nissan GT-R at 3 other dealerships with poor results. Brasso really stepped up and provided service above and beyond my expectations. I’m a very particular when it comes to servicing my vehicles with certain expectations of how work is to be done. Ryan Long my service advisor really give me a piece of mind and specific request for my car setup has been done correctly. Other nissan dealers, even through they have GTR technicians seems very confused and lost sometimes on how to adjust the GT-R even though they are certified Gt-R techs. Very pleased with Brasso Nissan service experience

I went in for service today and was very impressed by how much effort and care has gone into making everything safe. The staff went out of their way for me. The dealership manager offered me coffee or tea. Ryan, Kevin, Dylan and Chi were great as always. It’s a great place.

Took my Xterra in for a recall on the Airbag Control Module. Received a call from the service writer telling me the ACM bricked during the update and it's 1700 to replace it. They said it was faulty and my responsibility to replace it because it bricked during the upgrade. I disagree as there was nothing wrong with it before and their recommended recall service is what destroyed it. Now I either pay up or live with a flashing airbag light on all the time and likely no airbag deployment in the event of an accident. I reached out to the service manager, attempted to reach the dealership owner and left complaints with Nissan Canada. No one could be bothered to get back to me. No proposed resolution to meet halfway or anything. They broke this part and expect me to pay for the repair. Horrible customer service.

Excellent service!! My previous vehicle broke down (for the last time) and so I was in a crunch to find another vehicle. Was looking for used and had no \brand loyalty\. Wanted to check out a couple Nissan's and saw that Brasso had one in my price range. Spent a number of days test driving, going to other dealerships and just plain flip-flopping on what I might want.....I became indecisive. Huge...HUGE kudos to Karen at Brasso Nissan for not just \being a salesperson\. From the moment I first talked to her she presented herself as not just another salesperson. She spent the time with me to help figure out what it was I really wanted in a vehicle. I ended up with an Altima (which was not on my radar at all) and I love it. From the moment I set foot in it I knew it was the one for me. Karen answered all my questions (and I had a bunch) and worked with the entire team at Brasso Nissan to get the price to a point where I could shake hands and walk out with a smile on my face. This was hands down the best car purchasing experience I've had and I'm looking forward to utilizing their service department as I think it looks quite solid as well. If the vehicle turns out to be what everyone expects it to be....I will be a lifelong Brasso Nissan customer. Thanks again Karen.
