I’m sooo satisfied with the over all vehicle purchase process. Not to mention, they always kept me well informed & updated. And Q is really amazing! He’s very professional, as a matter of fact, the whole team is awesome, right from the managers, finance, consultants & service department. I highly recommend this dealership. I bought a beautiful Audi A5, actually, had a blow out. But the very next day, they took my vehicle into the shop, was given brand new tires, balanced & installed. I know right?! Not only one tire, but all four tires(didn’t have to pay one penny), WOW I’m super impressed! Thank all of you, you’re greatly appreciated! This place is definitely more then 5 stars, I cannot complain one bit. Honestly, I’d give them 10 stars, if I could. Keep Up The Great Work Guys!

He took the time to listen, and helped me walk through the process. When we went in to the office, Carmelo handled the remaining details. There was no rush, or high pressure tactics. Patience and perseverance are the top two words that come to mind when dealing with CCC. Q was the sales associate I worked with, and he listened to my needs and offered a few options, rather than trying to push one specific vehicle. The dealership worked well together to make something work for me, and followed up days later to make sure I was still happy. I would recommend Q and the rest of his team for any future vehicle considerations. I'm sure they will exceed your expectations.
This outfit will get you financed! Very tenacious in pursuing approvals. Decent selection too, Once I got approved they even brought in inventory because I didn't like the one they had! AMVIC dealer, free carfax.
