The parts you buy from them are not genuine. If the box is open DON'T accept it. Its return from the customer. They have the habbit of reselling the return. The employee of this dealership are the one putting 5 out of 5 .How do you expect honesty from them.One of their employees was lazy to look at the pictures he going to upload , he put the old dealership picture as well.There is no parking space for truck with trailer .Use cation.

I work as a commercial mechanic. Ive worked for dealerships and fleet. I have never walked into a parts department before and instantly got the stink eye. Then the attitude like im troubling them to do their jobs. What an awful place do do busniess with if this is what the treatment is like when your there to spend your hard earned money than god help anyone who still hopes to have warr work done. Anyone considering buying volvo stay away you have no choice but to deal with this ignorent group of people to get it fixed in calgary. I cant believe volvo hasnt ripped this dealership for callonts hands... BE WARNED!
