I’m not sure who answered the phone this morning and why he decided to be so misserable when asking questions but I can assure you customer service is completely lacking! Rude tone of voice and interrupting when talking. I am looking at this companies reviews from months ago and can promise you it must be friends of theirs or people they paid to say these things. We called Titan supply instead as they gave us all the information we needed. Go to them for quality service. Truthfully I wouldn’t even give these people 1 star if that was an option.
