I strongly recommend Dan and his team when shopping for hitch installation. I chose Car Guys Appearance as they have the highest rating versus other shops that I saw. Biggest deciding factor for me was they were quick to address negative comments on here, and they were able to justify them and explain their side. I thought they were new in the business but apparently they have been in the industry for 21 years and it showed on their craftsmanship. I had a Thule bike rack installed on my vehicle as well and I paid WAY LESS than their competitors, and quality is fantastic! It only took an hour for them to install, both hitch and bike rack. As I leave their shop today, I was testing the bike rack and one them came outside and made sure that I'm not having issues. That gesture alone confirms that I made the right decision and would strongly suggest to everybody that's shopping to come to them.

I just had a 2” Curt hitch added to my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Dan and his team were personal and professional. They knew their products and the pricing was well below what I expected. Next day booking 3hrs service and we are now ready to haul 5 bikes around. Highly recommend Car Guys!
Dan and the crew sprayed on rustproofing and undercoating on two SUVs - for myself and my wife. Scheduled in on short notice and the job completed in a day. Quotes were very competitive compared to the competition. Despite my lack of knowledge on the application, Dan and the guy who completed the work took out the time to explain the how, the process and future touch ups. Weather seals on the rear doors of one of the SUVs were repaired at no charge. I highly recommend Car Guys Appearance Centre Inc. Dan is very personable, honest and down to earth.
These guys did a gooseneck hitch install on my truck in late summer/ fall of 2020. Efficient, priced very competitively, with good advice and good work. The owner is involved on the floor of the shop and with customer service, and it shows. I later had some other inquiries on options for other installs, and they were prompt, responsive, and super helpful. I haven't had a chance to come back and use their services again yet, but when I have the need for it, I will absolutely return and recommend them to anyone.
