If I could give 0 I would. Look at all the negative reviews. - Delivery guy is rude and just drops off invoices with extra unknown charges - Call to fix the billing. No one answers or gets back to you. 0 customer service. Will be using a new company. - This happens every month - Very poor managed company. Read the recent negative reviews and no responses back to the poor review. Obviously they could care less STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want a terrible service that is overpriced.

awesome company. We had some issues at the start but they were quickly resolved. We have had some wonderful staff who show they care and go above and beyond for us. I wouldimd yo acknowledge Norm and most recently Brett. They are friendly professional and work hard to keep us and our firm happy.
These guys are totally fake put me on a hold for like 45 mins and after that i cut phone call back and they said the person whom you wanna talk is done with the day. I will not even recommend a single star for them. Totally disappointed.
We switched over to this company and It has been nothing but headaches and hardships for our team members. Had a team member that hasn’t We are not able to get ahold of anyone when we need questions answer, they tell you what you want to hear until they can’t deliver that. I would not recommend this company to anyone and we will be changing our supplier very soon, unless they can start working with us and making some positive changes.
ALWAYS amazing service from the Cintas associates! I have had the pleasure of seeing both Tom and Katrina and am very appreciative of their warm greetings, friendly smiles, and excellent and efficient service. Tom is our regular rep and always remembers my name and that of my coworkers, even when I see him in the grocery store without my uniform on! These two are incredible assets to the company and deserve recognition for their top notch service. You guys rock!
