Bonnie is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I dropped off an ottoman in March to get reupholstered. She contacted me in July to let me know she could no longer do it and would drop it off at my house. I hadn't heard from her in 3 weeks so I sent her a text asking when I could expect her to drop it off. She then said I lived "too far" for her to drop it off because she has two young children and can't be expected to drive so far (in reality, 25 minutes). She continued to send a slew of unprofessional text messages. This woman has no tact, no decency, and does not live up to anything she says. Do not waste your time!
