Great Service, friendly place. I worked with Joseph Atkin, great salesperson. He was patient and engaging, friendly with me and my family. Can't recommend him highly enough. 10/10 would buy from him again. Post sales support from Joseph has been great was well. Truly a professional salesperson and a great human being.

I recently purchased a vehicle and my experience was so so, The sales man that helped me was Chris and if there was a way a I could review just my experience with him I would give him a five star review. He was helpful and overall great to deal with. My 2 out 5 star rating goes to dealing with finance. They lady who helped me was nice but never returned my call, even when I asked reception to leave her a message I still had to call her back. I also traded in my car and my payments still come out from my previous loan and when I called the bank they stated that they still had not received the paper work (a week later) and when I called Country Hills Hyundai they told me they would look into it and call me in the afternoon and nothing. I was also told that I would receive my registration in the mail into about 1-2 days and I have yet to receive it (again a week later) and I am also still waiting for them to call me back on that. Overall the communication and follow through is very poor.

My experience is always great when I bring my car in for service. On this latest visit the compassion from Angel went above and beyond, I explained that I was late on my oil change and regular maintenance due to having to choose between new tires or the oil change and I couldn’t do both as only one of use were working from the pandemic, he gave me the oil change free of charge, there was other things I had done to the car that day, but that small act of kindness is what the world needs right now. Thank you Angel.

We recently bought a previously owned Genesis and Chris, our salesman, was great. He answered all of our questions and was helpful with the whole process. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly. When we came back to pick up our car Karen expertly explained every button and feature. The car was spotless, having been detailed, and had a full tank of gas. The location is a bonus, being super easy to find and access. I had shopped around a lot for a car in December as my old one did not function the best. This is one of the last places I stopped and boy was I glad I did. The salesman there put my mind at ease, only showed me what I could afford and really went to bat for me when it came to financing. They went above and beyond when I put up my old car for a trade in, and really made me feel like it was the right decision. I didn't feel pressured at all I would totally recommend people who are looking for a car come to this dealership.
