Very rude and unprofessional. Committed to doing a job for me, then backed out in favor of a better paying job, then was extremely rude after I inquired after 2 weeks if the work was done. Was supposed to have been done in a few days. Granted, he had to wait for supplies a little longer than expected, but he did not have to be rude or state he had other more important jobs to complete. Obviously customer service is not a priority here.
