I've come to Dr. Ramona for both acupuncture and naturopathic needs, and you can really see her passion and knowledge of both. She's great at making all the information easy to understand and really making sure we get to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. I love that she explains why she's using the different points for acupuncture, it's fascinating to learn. I always feel more relaxed after my appointments.

Recently I went to see Dr Ramona because I had been experiencing low energy and general stress. After my patient interview and doing her checks, Ramona did an acupuncture and cupping treatment. After that she did a B12 shot and recommended a few supplements that would help with my symptoms. After the treatment, the B12 shot and taking the supplements regularly, I feel more energized, am sleeping well and feel so much better. I had also been experiencing numbness and tingling in my hands due to a previous surgery, and the acupuncture and cupping amazingly helped this as well. Thank you Dr Ramona!
