I got the name of Sean/ Evolution Flooring from my son who was super happy with the service he received from Sean and his team with his flooring needs. So I called Sean, left a message and he called back almost immediatly. Went to the store, picked out my flooring and everything went smoothly. After it was installed I got a follow up call from Sean checking to see if all was good. Great customer service. Sean and his team were excellent. Awesome selection of products also.

Sharon was super helpful in going through all the options in selecting the bathroom tile, backsplash, carpet, and paint. Evolution Flooring has so many great options, that could have made the selection process overwhelming. Fortunately Sharon was able to help me narrow down what colours I liked best and at the end of the appointment I walked away extremely satisfied with all my choices. What a very pleasant surprise! I had occasion to stop into Evolution Flooring late on a Friday afternoon, hoping to find a few tiles that I needed to finish my basement bathroom renovation. Crystal met me with a very friendly welcome at the door, asked what I was looking for, and then very quickly was able to provide several suggestions for my consideration. So - not only did I get very good service, I got excellent design advice that proved to be very valuable in finishing the project. And lastly, their price was very competitive. I got everything I needed, quickly and with wonderful and very friendly service. I will definitely return!
