I've been to a lot of vape/smoke stores. I have even worked in tobacco shops that prioritize customer service, but I can say with confidence that the service at exit 420 is second to none. Especially the worker Ari, and his coworker. The people I interact with here are dedicated and knowledgeable. They listen to what experiences you describe and work with you find the perfect product. To do this they draw from their own personal experiences and industry knowledge. The service is phenomenal. I somehow always leave this store with the perfect product and the biggest smile on my face... wow, i'm a customer for life now.

This is one of the best shops that I have been too. They have real RAW products here, so many fakes around lately. The staff have been amazing every time I have gone there. If they don't have what you are looking for they'll get it in for you and call you back. The shop is clean with many selection's. I like to support our local business and this is one that I will continue to do so. Thx for everything guy's!

I have strictly been going to this shop for almost 2 years now, the family who owns this place have felt like friends over time, always so hospitable and knowledgeable not to mention they always carry a great selection of products! I’m usually there at the times Aryaan is behind the counter and I have just been so pleased for how accommodating he has been for what I am looking for.
