Experior Tiles was the best experience then everyone else. I would recommend to my friends and family, plus I would NEVER go to any other place for my flooring needs. Price was fair and competitive. Provided me the Delivery option. Most important, they have a showroom/warehouse to visit, its not like that third party selling their products on kijiji or Market place.

Experior Tiles is a great resource for hardwood. Their selection helped us to find what we needed, and in the end we loved it in our house. As well, their prices are competitive with other stores. We ended up with some challenges in our installation, from the contractor’s plans, and Ammina came through for us, and jumped through some hoops, to help us get what we needed quickly. The customer service here, and the friendly, laid-back team makes for an all-around good experience.
Ammina is a A seller! She is an excellent person. So happy with my purchase with Exterior tiles. I recommend everyone if they want great products and service go to Exterior tile shop in Calgary.

Overall I had a poor experience. The front desk people were quite rude, berating each other, and cussing a lot as well. They forgot to pick up my tile from their distributor by the date they stated they would have it in, so I had to go to the distributor to pick it up myself (though they did give me 1/sq ft off the tile for this which I appreciated). They also have a poor return policy, I wasn't able to return an unopened box as they don't accept returns after 2 weeks (this is mostly a warning for homeowners, for whom it may take longer than 2 weeks to install). Regarding COVID, they were also not wearing masks or social distancing. I will likely not return, but I do have to compliment them on their selection of tile which was quite nice.
Ammina and Aman were super friendly and easy to deal with they helped me make the best selection they even went above and beyond to contacted their supplier to see if my order could be squeezed in on a time crunch and they pulled it off ... wonderfull to deal with great selection and prices .... top notch service Thanks for all the help
