I do not recommend them! Do not hire them...very disappointing customer service. They did not finish the Fence properly and after many calls and emails they ignore both my neighbour and I. And YES, it was you guys! You did not answer any of our calls and did not return the messages. You basically hid from us ( my neighbour and I). Our fence is all warped from you not installing a piece of wood in the middle along the whole fence. We requested that you correct your work and you ignored us. Yes, it was you guys. The fence was built in Belmont.

We are so impressed with the work Calgary Fence & Deck did. Our property was tricky with a retaining wall and a big tree right on the property line. The project was completed in under 3 days and looks great! The contractors were friendly and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. We are very happy with the work.

We were very pleased with Dylan, Jessie and his crew.The quote was very reasonable. They arrived as scheduled and were very efficient. The job was done very quickly and Jessie was great about checking in at each step to make sure we were happy with the progress. They also left the work area very clean, better than when they arrived. Super impressed and very happy with the fence. We would definitely recommend Calgary fence and Deck if you need work done.

The latches on the oversized doors broke off sometime after installation. I contacted the company for repairs. It took some time to get the response and replacement of latches, but they honoured their warranty. The slow response was probably because of the seasonal nature of their work.

We are very pleased with our experience with Calgary Fence & Deck. They responded very promptly to our request to do a quote. Donna was very good at explaining what they could do and couldn't do within the scope of their work. We did the landscaping work we needed done ourselves. We asked for a few changes to the original work quoted and the job was done in the time frame promised and came in on quote. We have an infill with a small backyard which we had completely filled by patio and we replaced the old fence on one side of the lot. All the work was done within a few days, except the railing. It was subcontracted and was done 2 weeks after the completion of fence and deck. There was no deposit required and no payment required until the wood work was completed. Very good value for the money. We love our new backyard!
