We were very pleased with this company , Chris the owner was very pleasant and excellent to deal with. We had him clean our windows inside and outside and clean out the gutters, excellent job, as well as being reasonably priced. He does Christmas lights as well, I can see us using him for that job as well. I would highly recommend this company .

Initially I would say it was a decent service overall. Guy was punctual, friendly, did his work quick, super cheap pricing (and I suppose you do get what you pay for!). After the carpet cleaning was completed on initial look some stains were removed (such as coffee) but areas of higher traffic (such as infront of where couches used to be) those stains weren’t removed. However that wasn’t really the part that was concerning. The house we moved into was 5 years old, so not a ton of crazy stains to begin with, however, there were 2 main concerns: dust and overall cleanliness. When the job was completed the carpet felt almost crunchy? Not hard by any means but when you would walk on it you could definitely hear and feel it. And when vacuumed after the cleaning we were still pulling up super fine silt (drywall dust) which online googling says carpet cleaning should pick up. We revealed these concerns to him and he did come back. However when he came here despite showing him areas that were still crunchy he said he couldn’t hear it, couldn’t feel it, it was all okay in his books. And we showed him that with our vacuum totally cleaned out, we were still picking up fine silt (this isn’t moving in dust and dirt from the movers, this is 100% still drywall silt). Overall his comments in the end were well we couldn’t replicate the crunchy (we did) and the silt we were picking up is from moving (it’s not). Again you get what you pay for, and I suppose we will continue to vacuum... happy to have some stains removed but in the future I would hire someone with a better set up to maybe have a better overall cleaning.

We just had our carpets cleaned and wow the results are satisfying lol though disgusting but just goes to show how dirty our carpets were. Chris was communicative and even sent us a little message to let us know he was on his way which is great! Very friendly and informative. Great job!
