I recently bought a used car from Fish Creek Nissan. From start to finish, the process was easy and the customer service was superb. Andy and Nick took care of all the paperwork and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. I'm very happy with the car and the customer service I received.

Purchased a vehicle through this company and unfortunately they made me really re-think the entire process of purchasing a vehicle through a dealership.... . Not only was their awkward FaceTime with the finance manager (as I was standing right there) assuring my cheque wasn't fraudulent was embarrassing, the request for a picture of the front and back of my credit card with an entire form filled out was even worse. Honestly felt as though they were the fraudsters . To top off the whole experience I have been receiving numerous calls ranging from early in the morning to late at night begging for a five star review even though the dealer openly told me he was making no money off of it ... sure. Took forever and a day to convince them to allow me to pay with a certified bank draft as well as they strongly advised me to e-transfer them the full price purchase money before even seeing the car. Surprised they didn't ask for my first born and SIN number while we were at it.
