My husband and I planned our dream honeymoon with the irreplaceable help of our now, go-to travel agent, Pamela Grenier. She was simply amazing! When we first started planning, we really didn't even know where to begin and had so many ideas! Pamela took the time to go over each and every one of our elaborate ideas with such a genuine and caring attitude and really got to know what we wanted out of our trip before we settled on booking in Riviera Maya at a stunning 5 star resort. She also went above and beyond with ensuring the resort could safely accommodate my severe allergy - I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us! I wandered in to the 17th Ave location on a whim while preparing to close the sale of my condo. I intended to use some of my savings to travel the world, but was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the planning process. So I thought using a travel agent would be a good idea. With Vicky's help, I was able to quickly parse material on tours that suit my adventurous lifestyle, and plan some self directed legs as well. It took her no time at all (less than a full business day) to coordinate flights, hotels, and group tours that will send me from Iceland to the UK, accross Europe, from Equador to Patagonia and eventually to South Africa and Madagascar. Vicky even went so far as to help explain passport, visa, vaccination and insurance requirements that made the process of preparing for a 5 month trip intuitive and calm. Last Wednesday I was reading brochures in her office and by next Wednesday I will be travelling the world, fullfilling a life long dream, thanks to her help. I highly recommend consulting the team at Flight Centre 17th Ave when planning a vacation. I cannot thank Vicky enough for her attention and professional service.
