Got a quote for 165 for an oil change. Final price for 2 filters and oil change 391.79. Ridiculous for maybe 1.5 hours of labour. Never again. I am upset because of the lack of transparency / communication. When I get a quote on the phone for a B inspection and oil change and get told 165 that's approximately what I expect to see on the bill. No communication regarding the cost of work being done, that's a customer service issue, not excellent service.
Steve runs a fantastic shop. Always goes above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is running well, even when I’m in a pinch! Very honest and great prices. He also knows all about specifics for my 4motion Tiguan. Highly recommended to all European car owners, service is always completed on time with zero surprises.
Best BMW/Euro and overall automotive shop in town. Steve is a great and well-respected mechanic. He is always honest, kind, and transparent. Very nice staff who know what they are doing, and very fair prices. I personally don’t like leaving my car with anyone except for HD Motors.
