used tammi for quite a few times, although her massage was good her professionalism was not. with anything i use i use a 3 strike rule. in this case the low review is due to just that. anything that has happened with me may not have happened with others but i want to put it out there just in case. first strike was when she often parks across my street and touches the neighbours dogs and then does not wash her hands. (i mean some people are allergic) second strike is when she's running late and only informs me a few minutes before my actual appt. (although she does stay later to cover the missed time, it still bothers me that it happens all to often considering she says she leaves 90 mins in between appts to get around the city), the third strike is when she never even showed up for my latest appt and when i called and texted her on 2 different occasions i got no answer or response back. (when she didn't show up at all i gave her the benefit of the doubt in case it was some sort of an emergency but then after two weeks later coming back from vacation i contacted her again asking what happened, no response.) that was the final straw i will not be using her again. the only reason i gave 2 stars is because she does do a great massage but her unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable in this day in age considering it is a place of business. (also her website is never updated in real time to accurately book your appt, i once asked if i can book online she said no just text her because its never updated)
