I recently purchased a Honda ridgeline from Honda West. The experience was flawless. Salesman Gerald was helpful and understanding in choosing the model of truck suited for my needs. He kept me apprised when the vehicle would arrive. He was very thorough during the truck orientation explaining the features of the vehicle. Financial services manager Cole was extremely helpful explaining and advising on the ceramic coating process and purchase there of. All paper work to include registration was efficient and thorough with explanation of options. Once again this part of the purchase was seamless as well. Thanks to both of these gentlemen, purchase of the vehicle at Honda West was a pleasant experience.

I just bought a used vehicle from Honda west and it was the best possible experience I could have had. Jake made it so easy for me to purchase the car. He answered every question I had and made sure I was taken care of every step of the process. If you're looking to buy a used car from here, I would suggest asking for Jake! This place has a great atmosphere and even greater staff. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Honda West for your next vehicle purchase! I recently upgraded my vehicle, through the sales representative Jake Montgomery, and had an incredible experience. Jake was incredibly personable, helpful and insightful. He was able accommodate a long list of requirements for my new vehicle to fit my financial needs. Should have read the review before I brought the car in for service!! Just found out there are people out there had the similar problem as me in the same dealership. Brought my odyssey in for an oil change last Friday. Few hours later, got a call from Honda West and said after their inspection front break pad was 5% and rear was 10% and they were suggested me to change both front and rear pad and rotors for 1200. They also mentioned that due to safety reasons they highly recommended to change them because they won't last until the next service. I end up refused the offer because of the price and I am glad I refused their offer. Because Honda west "observation" I brought my odyssey to my mechanic to take a look and guess what he found !!! My rear pad have at least 30-40% left and my front pad has around 30% (see picture, if this is 5%, the new break pad has to be at least 5 inches thick ), obviously that does not look like 5% to me!!! I am writing this review just to let other beware when you are having your service at Honda west. You may get offer some service that your vehicle is not needed and you may not get the true result from your vehicle . I personally won't be returning to this dealerships for any service and won't recommend any of my friends as well after what happen to me.

One of the best experience in costumer Service I had from a dealership, I reached Honda West online and got an instant response from them. At the beginning I was nervous, but I got contacted by one of the best sales person Jim Sarantis. With his knowledge, patience, and also “his understanding” had an excellent customer service, and superior experience, dealing with the process of selecting what kind of vehicle I wanted. All the financial procedures went so smooth, he’s the guy you need if you’re in the process of getting a car or want to know how you can get one with your budget, and pretty sure a good one!!! Extraordinary experience with all my questions and concerns. I totally recommend Jim and Honda West.
