Can I give 25 stars?!?! This was, by far, the best experience buying anything I've ever had. I recieved a text immediately after my inquiry and booked an appointment to go look at a vehicle. Michelle Agnew was our assigned salesperson and I couldn't have been happier. She is so easygoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was never any hard sell or pressure from anyone. It took a couple of days to find the right vehicle for us and our budget that would also be reliable, but it was worth it...we got what we wanted and gained a lifelong friend. Everyone one at that location is amazing and you can tell they truly care about their customers needs and not just about making the sale. We will definitely be going back to this location for all our future vehicle needs and highly recommend them to everyone.

I would absolutely recommend HOC Chinook to anybody in Calgary looking to get a car. While stopping in Calgary for a couple hours on a road trip my previous car broke down and was beyond repair, leaving me stranded in a city I was unfamiliar with. Nick Richards went above and beyond to make the whole process of finding a new car quick and painless, and helped me get into a 2017 Honda Civic in less than 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with other staff members, Jamal and Eddy, who also stepped in to help making an incredibly stressful situation feel not only easy, but fun as well. I 100% recommend visiting HOC Chinook to anyone looking to get a car, and will be telling any of my friends getting cars that the drive to Calgary is worth it for the amazing service I received.
I recently reached out to the Chinook dealership about a vehicle they were advertising and received both an email and text from a salesperson with all comprehensive details and pictures. I dealt with Nicholas Richards and was very impressed with his knowledge of the product, his willingness to ask lots of questions about me and what I needed to make sure I was aware of all options House of Cars had in their inventory and make sure I would get exactly what I needed, and all without pushing a hard sell. He is very easy to work with, attentive and professional. I would recommend him and the Chinook store overall if you are looking to find the right type of vehicle for your style and budget. I am very happy with my purchase and will be going back without hesitation.
Recently sent an inquiry in to HOC Chinook about a vehicle my girlfriend and I absolutely loved. We received a phone call the same night to get all of our information. Had an appointment within a day or two for a test drive and to sign the paperwork. Such a fast and easy process. We worked with Jamal Hamoud who was quick and efficient. Very professional and made sure we were comfortable and understood the entire process. He made sure that the vehicle was exactly what we wanted and worked with us to get it that was in our budget. Super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
I cannot say enough positive things about Jody and the team at HOC Chinook. Before I went there, the ordeal I had been through trying to find a reliable used vehicle was exhausting — but the crew at HOC pulled through for me. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Jody, Josh and AJ all worked really hard to get me in the right car and I couldn’t be happier! Trust does NOT come easy when it comes to buying a vehicle, whether it’s a private sale or through a dealership, but I can honestly say these are men I trust. I don’t take reviews like this lightly. Neither should you. They got me the right car for the right price and they did it with integrity. Don't wait until you're at your wits end like I did, go there first and save yourself a lot of grief! Pop in and ask for JODY -- he was relentless in making sure I drove away with what I wanted and what I could afford. I probably wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but Jody didn't treat me like just another customer, he treated me like a person which is rare in business these days.
