Absolutely amazing experience with Jesse, goes out of his way and beyond to make sure you feel right and home in the buying process. Jesse isn't about just getting the next car sold, he's about making sure the customer is happy and understands everything to do with the sale. Jesse is by far the best car salesman experience I have ever had and will definitely be passing his information on to friends and family. I'd definitely recommend House of Cars, whatever your credit or budget is, they'll work to find you what you need. It's nice to see a new location open up, and close to my work was great. Mutasif helped me trade in my old truck and got me into the truck I wanted that fit my budget. It took some time, I was picky but they were patient with me and very helpful with relieving any doubts or answering any questions I had. Very happy to have been his first of many customers at this new location on 52nd Street!

I had such a great experience working with Tyler (and the rest of the team!) from the first time we spoke on the phone to the time he handed over the keys to my new vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was, and when I arrived at the showroom he had 5 options that he thought would work (they were all really good.) Financing was a breeze and I had my new car in 2 days after they replaced my windshield and tires. I will be recommending Tyler and HOC to everyone. This dealership has their salespeople pose as private buyers on Autotrader and waste people's time by asking a bunch of questions about their car and then telling them to bring it down and do a trade in. I don't know about others, and maybe I am wrong here, but it just feels like a pretty sleazy thing to do. There is a reason that people decide to sell cars privately rather than go through a dealership. If someone is acting on behalf of a dealership, I feel like they should announce it at the start, rather than wait days and many messages into the conversation. Just my 2 cents though.
