Mo at iPhix replaced my iPhone 11 screen with a beautiful new one. He was very professional and the repair was done quickly. I've used iPhix before and they are excellent.

Iphix is a complete joke. I went into the store looking to upgrade my telus phone and they said they didnt have my phone in stock and wanted me to put down a deposit for them to get the phone in. I've never heard of that before from a telus dealer. Also the staff was rude and seem to really not know what they were talking about at all when it came to anything Telus. Dont bring any business to these guys unless you want to get the runaround and get no where.

I had an excellent experience. I needed to both get my phone fixed and get a phone plan set up with Koodo, and with both processes the employees were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicative. My phone issue was something I had been trying to fix for months with another repair place, and here I dropped it off and they had it fixed and ready for pickup within a few hours. Setting up the phone plan was very straightforward and the person helping me, Rylea, explained things very clearly and thoroughly, so that I understood exactly what would happen and why. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.
