Two words: Stress reliever! I was skeptical at first, didn’t think I needed their service but signed up to their free two-week trial because I had nothing to lose. My skepticism was erased within the first day or two. As a small business owner/operator, I had no idea how much work I was actually doing by myself. Since having jump contact center helping me out it made me realize I can off load some of my tasks and relieve a lot of my burden. They are a great benefit, taking all my customer requests when I can’t which has allowed me to further develop and focus on my business.
