I cannot express how amazing this team is!! I first met with Hana who helped me find exactly what I wanted in my car, a price range I was comfortable with, and really got me excited for my purchase! I don’t know how she did it, but I gave her a bit of info on what I wanted and the FIRST car she pulled out for me to see was... well perfect!! Everything I wanted in a car and SO MUCH MORE! After this, I worked with Amanda to figure out what warranties I would want, she found me some amazing interest options for my loan, and walked me through every single penny I would be spending and what it was for! As someone who is very conscious of how I spend my money, I cannot express how important this was and how stress-free I felt signing with Marlin Ford! Even after I purchase my vehicle and drove it off the lot, I am STILL getting support and help from this team!! My experience started when I saw an ad on Facebook. Thought I’d pop in and look to see what the pictures didn’t show, although they were very detailed. I was first approached by the lovely gentleman who is responsible for those pics! He was more than happy to introduce me to Hunter. This young man was kind, approachable and very personable. He quickly took a list of my must haves, negotiable items and options within the type of vehicle I wanted, and took the time to make a connection personally to fully grasp our needs. He was understanding of my time crunch and booked me in for an appointment the next day to test drive some options he came up with! When I returned the next day to test drive he found a couple vehicles within my specifications and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, it’s options, origins and explained features to me very well. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I returned the next day, Hunter was gracious enough to come in on his day off to help finalize everything. The finance manager Amanda, was also expedient and knowledgeable, arranging the paperwork and follow-up. I’ve purchased three vehicles so far in my life and this was by far the most seamless, and satisfying experience I’ve had. I would be back in a heartbeat for my next vehicle (years from now hopefully). Big shout out to Hunter and Amanda for your dedication and hard work making this such a wonderful experience. Ask for them if you are thinking of a purchase.

Jill and Andy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to but another vehicle!!! I also have to say that Jill is amazing at answering any questions we have after our purchase! I can only hope that she is there when we come back to purchase a new vehicle again!!!!

Went into Maclin today (Feb 15) with my wife and son to purchase a 2019 Ford Edge that we saw advertised out front with a sign in the window, price of 33,999 marked down to 32,199. We went in, spoke with the sales person (Bill) who was great to deal with. Went for a test drive, and went to do the paperwork to complete the purchase. Once the paperwork had been completed, Bill took it in to the sales manager (Madison) for approval. Both men came back and Madison proceeded to explain that he'd put the sign in the wrong car and the actual price was 38,000 and wanted to give me a 'deal' at 36,000. The sign however had a stock number matching the stock number on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we refused to make a deal with him for a higher price he suggested we leave the premises and admittedly I was very upset. I got the feeling that he was trying to pull one over on us. It could have been a mistake if the stock IDs did not match but they did and we have pictures to prove it. I feel they were using this as a 'bait and switch' and they need to be held to account.
