If I could, I would rate a minus 5. We had 2 cruises booked through this agency but the agent we booked with was laid off in March so we were forced to try to deal with the manager. She was totally uncooperative and did nothing we asked her to help us navigate the cancelations and receive our refunds. She soon stopped communicating by telephone and only through email and the standard answer was \I'm out of town. Will look at this next week.\ Unfortunately next week never came. We ended up having to handle everything on our own which took many weeks tracking down who exactly to talk to.

Worked with Sara on our group trip to Mexico. Having previously used travel agents to book group trips (with terrible experiences) we were strongly considering coordinating the trip ourselves. Sara went above and beyond and was by far the best travel agent we've ever used. She'll have our (and everyone in our groups) business moving forward. Highly recommend her.
