I purchased some seats for my car which were in pretty rough shape. Adam made them look brand new again. Fast and top notch service and he was able to squeeze me in last minute as well. Absolutely recommend Masters Auto Cleaning to anyone looking for mobile detailing.

Just had my first experience with Master's Auto Cleaning this AM, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Exceptional service - from point-of-booking all the way to completion. The cleaning was amazing and meticulous (all those crevices and cup holders, even the vents), and the price was very competitive. Highly recommend!
Review from August 2017 Service (purchased leather pet service): At first inspection, the car looked fine. The carpets and trunk were done really well. However when my partner looked, he could see the car's leather seats were poorly done. He noticed streaks where the attendant used the steamer and a small brush attachment. My partner ask that he correct the issue. Then after looking again, the attendant created more streaks and also damaged a postage note size of the leather, this was caused by him using his steamer and small brush. When we spoke to owner over the phone he said he should have used a cloth for the seats, not the tiny brush & steamer. After sending pictures and getting a quote for the leather repair (50) to the owner, he only offered to reimburse us 20. Based on the service and customer service, I would not recommend Masters Auto Cleaners. *** Owner was/still difficult to deal with. After a year, I tried not to ruminate over the issue. Our experience proved the owner was difficult to deal with and tried to place blame for poor service on us. But after a year of looking at our damaged leather and streaked seats, I felt it was warranted to inform other customers. Please note, the owner did nothing in the beginning. Only offered 20 as a refund, even after the car wasn't completely cleaned and the leather damaged. He only offered 50 dollars in a nasty text message only if I removed the google review. When I didn't respond, he offered 80 to remove this review.
