I have gone to Millhouse a few times over the years, and have been happy, but nothing stood out, but last week need some carpet for my rental and the staff (esp. Tyler) were very helpful and very accommodating. When i need flooring again, i wont even bother checking other place, cause it will be a waste of time, i will just go to millhouse. All i can say is thank you

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Millhouse Carpet was so positive that I feel compelled to share it. I'd hired Millhouse to replace all of the carpets in my home, and the staff maintained the utmost professionalism from the beginning to the end of the project. They were exceedingly helpful during the planning phase, providing clear and detailed explanations to each of my questions. Installation itself was scheduled to meet my needs, and had been carried out in a quick and a well-organized manner. When I'd expressed concerns regarding one aspect of the project, Tyler (a service representative) solved the problem in an honest and rational way—which resulted in the final cost settling below our initial projections. I know that I'd be hard-pressed to find service like that elsewhere. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final product. Therefore, it goes without saying that I'll be recommending Millhouse Carpet to friends and family, and that I'll be utilizing their services for any future flooring projects.
