I have the most amazing experience with technical customer service. Jay and Frank was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Service was very quick and clean. I was guided on how to install internet and change password! Thank you so much guys and I will highly will recommend to deal with this company only! Great job!!!

I have been with one of the originals for longer than I remember but never felt that I was getting my money's worth, as in getting far more channels that I didn't watch than what I did watch. Cost a lot! Then I came across Moby and decided to take a chance. I am glad that I did! I now have fewer stations, but a lot more to watch. And the internet is much faster even though I took the option of Mini Moby. And the clincher was the people that I dealt with to make this happen - I couldn't be happier with the care and service I was given! Good job Team Moby!! I highly recommend them!
Darren was a great help! I was having wifi troubles, and he came within the hour I called to try a bunch of different solutions to try to solve the problem, and also offered some tips for any future issues. Everything seems to be running smoothly now! Thanks Darren and Moby!

I have been with Moby for over 15 months now and I cant be happier! Sure occasionally there might be a small issue but whenever I called there were always quick to respond. Nick and his team is really phenomenal! I recently had an issue with my upload speed and Darren one of their technicians came out to help me. He was professional polite and I would highly recommend Moby to anyone based on the service that I get from them.

Very happy with the Moby's services. Darren came and installed new internet for us and he did an awesome job. We had some technical problems with our apartment building (nothing that could be helped) and Darren was very patient and took the time to get it all figured out.
