When it came to questions they had all the answers to all the questions we had. They were recommended by few people so when we had issues with our home and yard, we called them. They knew what the problem was right away and were very quick to fix it. The fact that our issues required excavation to fix had us very nervous but Mike reassured us all would work out. In the end we are absolutely thrilled that we chose Mr. Mike’s excavation to do the job. They were very understanding, very helpful, and very quick to get the job done. We had a serious issue with our home and had Mr. Mike's Excavation come and do the excavation. What we loved about them is they did the excavation and plumbing and we could do both with the same company. Our issue was the sewer line so we called them and they sent out a excavation professional. Then he told me that they also do the plumbing so the day after he returned with his plumber and they discussed how to perform my drain replacement. I had 3 other excavation companies come out and they wanted to rip my whole yard up but Mr. Mike's Excavation was able to do something called Trench-less and it saved over 60 feet of my yard. They only dug a small hole near my property line and a small hole in my basement. They even sent the concrete guy after to re-concrete my basement, put my carpet back and furniture. You cant even see the evidence. They uploaded the video on you-tube showing me the drainage before and after so I was very impressed with how straight forward they were. They promised a 10 year warranty on my drainage and water line. I didn't think it was possible to have this job done without it causing a major headache and having a mess of my yard. Thanks guys! Appropriate everything you did for me. Also thanks again for saving my 30 year old tree in my front yard! All the other companies were going to cut it down except for you guys! TRUE PROFESSIONALS
