Really appreciated the great service. Brock put together a package deal for me for transmission bearings and clutch replacement. He was totally up front from the beginning with no surprises or extra costs when I picked up the vehicle. The car feels like new again, they did a fantastic job! They had me return a couple weeks later for a follow up to make sure everything is doing what it should. I happened to have my winter tires in the back of the car and he put them on for me free of charge! Brock and his team are outstanding! Hopefully I won't need more transmission work done for a while but if I do I'll definitely see them again.

Can't say enough good things about Brock and the team at National Transmission in Kensington. Our 2013 VW had a transmission issue that VW could never properly diagnose and wanted over 9K to fix what they thought was the problem (we visited them three times). Checking around the internet, we found a review that had National Transmission fixing a problem that sounded similar to ours. Brock took the car in and confirmed the issue and got the part ordered in and fixed the problem. On time and for what he quoted. Saved money and found a good place to take a vehicle to where they earned our trust!
